August Rayne is a singer/songwriter who hails from Little Rock, Arkansas. Growing up singing in the church choir, August Rayne brings back traditional R&B by showcasing vocal abilities made popular by the likes of Aretha Franklin and Whitney Houston. 

With influences that range from Brandy to H.E.R. August Rayne's "Messed up" takes us on a lyrical journey about life after heartbreak.; while its lighter up-tempo B-Side "Stay Wit Me" tells the story of a young woman reclaiming her power.
